Tina and Randy, two retired American teachers, started their business Elsa Ortiz Online LLC as a way to help Guatemalan people. All profits are given to their artisans and buyers as bonuses at the end of tax season, or put into their not-for-profit "Give It Up For Guate," which provides education to Guatemalan youth.
