This hand-embroidered silk Suzani piece was made in the workshop of master artisan, Sanjar Ravshanovich Nazarov in the city of Bukhara, Uzbekistan, located along the historic Silk Road. Nazarov comes from a long line of artisans specializing in this traditional silk-embroidery, for which the region has become famous. His stunning pieces have earned him international recognition, including receiving the UNESCO Award of Excellence.
